Van is a fully qualified US State Math Teacher with 5 years experience in the US and Vietnam. He has spent the last 3 years teaching SAT in international schools in Hanoi and Saigon.
He is a skilled generalist and has a broad interest across the Sciences and Arts. In his Bachelor’s Degree he majored in Nuclear Engineering and minored in the Humanities, studying courses such as English Composition, Public Speaking and a range of US and World History units.
Van went on to apply for Masters Degrees in the US and won a place at the prestigious Georgia Institute of Technology to study Data Analytics, an elite National University ranked 35 in the US and 69 in the world.
After graduating, he became a certified engineer, but his love for teaching continued to thrive as he took on a key role training young engineers. His combined educational background in Maths and English make him a perfect choice for SAT skills development and his excellent results consistently reflect this.
When he’s not teaching or studying, you can find Van relaxing over a boardgame with friends, exploring the city for scrumptious food, or travelling the world looking for new cities to explore!
