Liam graduated with a 1st Class Honours Degree in Mathematics from the prestigious Russell Group University of Glasgow, ranked #61 in the world. During his studies, he earned multiple academic awards, including the Dougall Prize for Mathematics and the Professor Patrick Lamont Prize, recognising his exceptional grades and contributions to the field.

For three years, Liam tutored university students, focusing on those preparing for resit exams in various mathematics courses. His ability to break down complex topics and tailor his teaching to individual needs helped many students succeed. His approachable and dedicated nature makes him an excellent mentor, inspiring students to develop a deeper understanding and appreciation for mathematics.

Additionally, Liam gained valuable research experience through an internship at the University of Glasgow, where he co-authored a published paper exploring advanced mathematical concepts in root systems.

Outside of tutoring, Liam is passionate about music, playing both classical and electric guitar. He also enjoys photography and exploring new places during his travels.
