Tyde graduated magna cum laude from Whitman College (USA) in 2023 with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Economics. He also minored in Mathematics, taking several courses in Calculus, Statistics and Linear Algebra. Overall, he achieved an excellent GPA of 3.84.
During his university years, Tyde participated in an exchange program at the University of Oxford, where he read Economics and Management. Prior to this, Tyde completed his high school in the UK at UWC Atlantic College, excelling in the International Baccalaureate Diploma with 39 points, and achieving in the 95th percentile in his own SAT.
After graduating, Tyde returned to Vietnam and joined Dragon Capital Group as a Research Analyst Trainee. He also built valuable tutoring experience during college, supporting undergraduate students in Economics, Finance, and Calculus courses. Tyde believes in the importance of motivation, empathy, and discussion to help students overcome academic challenges.
In his free time, Tyde enjoys exploring Vietnamese culture and history. He also loves traveling when time allows.
