Miki is a Spanish and English teacher from Barcelona with over 7 years of teaching experience. He holds a BA in Journalism, a CELTA certificate and is currently studying a postgraduate degree in Teaching.
Miki has always excelled at language learning and spent several years working as a summer camp instructor, where he became passionate about education. After working as a journalist for over 6 years, he decided to follow his passions and pursue a career as language teacher.
Since then, he has been continuously training to become a better educator and has taught in a variety of schools and educational environments. He has worked with students of all ages, from kindergarten to adults, and enjoys the challenge of adapting his teaching style to different age groups and learning styles.
After a fulfilling teaching experience in Spain, Miki moved to Vietnam in 2022 to continue developing his career, working in public schools, language centres and kindergarten before joining ITG. He is a passionate educator who rejoices in observing his students’ development and takes great pride in helping them fulfil their potential.
Outside of teaching, Miki enjoys reading, learning new skills and listening to music. In his free time, you can find him playing flamenco guitar, studying Vietnamese, playing padel or reading psychology books and novels.
