Juan holds a joint Bachelor of Arts in History and Political Science, with a minor in Education, from Rutgers University, New Jersey, graduating in 2013.
He moved to Vietnam in 2015 and has since gained extensive experience in the education sector. Most recently, Juan worked as a talent acquisition specialist and HR business partner at an International School in HCMC.
Juan has over seven years of experience teaching English Language Arts, Adult ESL, SSAT private school admissions test prep, and SAT at Summa Education.
As a former SAT test-taker, Juan deeply understands the challenges students face when preparing for the SAT, making him an empathetic and effective educator.
He’s passionate about helping students achieve their academic goals and reach their full potential.
Outside of teaching, Juan enjoys exploring the vibrant corners of Ho Chi Minh City, sampling local cuisine, and pursuing his passions for reading and photography.
