Annie graduated Magna cum laude from the College of Charleston with a degree in Biology. Annie’s degree was varied and included extensive study in university level Chemistry, Physics and Mathematics, before majoring in Biology.
During her studies, she also worked as a supplemental instructor tutoring Biology and Chemistry to first-year science majors. Annie has 4 years of teaching and tutoring experience and has taught for leading US tutoring agencies in Mathematics, Biology, Chemistry and Physics.
After graduation, Annie taught in the Spanish public school system for four years as a part of the bilingual education program in both primary and secondary schools. She taught classes including Biology, Maths, History and Geography, and English.
When she isn’t teaching, Annie loves being outdoors and being active. Two of her outdoor passions are hiking and cycling. She also enjoys exploring new places and cultures. In her downtime, she likes watching films and cartoons in Spanish.
